What a 15-Minute Review Actually Is
A quick phone call with a Semler agent — not a pitch, not a quote. We look at what you have, point out gaps, and tell you whether it's worth shopping.
What we'll cover in 15 minutes
- What's currently on your declarations page (you read it to us, or send a PDF)
- Whether your dwelling/replacement-cost coverage matches today's rebuild costs
- Liability limits relative to your assets — usually the cheapest place to add coverage
- Whether a harder-to-place property needs a broader market review
- Whether shopping is likely to save you money — honestly. Sometimes the answer is “you're already in a good place.”
What it's not
It's not a sales pitch. We're not going to keep you on the phone for an hour. We're not going to email you forty follow-ups. If after 15 minutes we both agree there's a reason to shop, we'll set up a longer conversation. If not, we end the call and you've still learned something useful.
Who calls who
You pick a window below and we call you. If we miss you we'll text first to reschedule. We're in the office Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 PT — if you ask for evenings or weekends one of us will make it work.
What to have handy
Nothing required. If you have your current declarations page (1–2 page summary from your existing carrier) it speeds things up dramatically. Phone-photo of it works fine.
